Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Service and Applicability

This policy applies to the subscription fees paid for the Goflamingo B2B SaaS platform access and services. Goflamingo provides a license to use digital software and technology services, not physical goods.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of software access and subscription-based services, fees paid for the Goflamingo platform are generally **non-refundable**. Once the license has been granted and access to the Platform (including e-auctions, eSourcing, and logistics features) has been provided, the service is considered used.

Fees covering past billing periods or partially used subscription terms will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy

A client may request to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent the subscription from auto-renewing for the subsequent billing cycle.

To initiate a cancellation, the client must provide a formal, written notice via email to the designated cancellation address: sales@goflamingo.co.in

To prevent charges for the next subscription period, notice must be received by Goflamingo prior to the commencement of the next scheduled billing date.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, the client will retain access to the Platform services until the end of the current paid subscription term. No refund will be issued for the remainder of the active term. After the paid term expires, access will be revoked, subject to data retrieval obligations outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

5. Returns and Shipping

As Goflamingo sells digital licenses and provides services, there are no physical products to be returned, and therefore, this policy contains no clauses regarding physical returns, shipping costs, or product damages.[24, 25]
